RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

We reserved the rights to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our Requirement.

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and unaltered. We will not  accept returns if any items that have been damage, worn  soiled. And without original tags. Items must be in condition suitable for resale.
2.  Any merchandise marked as (Final Sale ) cannot be returned.
3. Customer are responsible for all shipping fees.
4. ALL shipping fees are none nonrefundable.
5. After an order is made you have 30min to cancel or edit  an order. After the 30 min laps. We are unable to make any change  request.
6. Touch of Lashic is not responsible for any loss or stolen packages shipped.
7. Touch of Lashic and her team inspect all merchandise diligently before shipping. To make sure there is no damage merchandise being shipped out to our Royal customers. Customer service is our number 1 priority. 

8. All custom made items cannot be returned or exchange, it was design to suit your  Royalty.  We  communicate with you during the custom made process, so its design only for you. according to your style..

Please include all original packing slip so we can properly identify our  Royal customers. If misplace please include your order ID number full name and number. To receive store credit. This store credit will be sent via email. You can use in feature purchases.
