Meet our creator

Hi! I’m Angela, a child of immigrant parents, 

a big sister, and a single mother of 

two beautiful Queens. 

Growing up I enjoyed exploring my creative 

fashion sense with patterns and prints.

I remember being so mesmerized seeing my mom, grandma, and aunts getting dolled up in their

pretty dresses and 4 inch heels 

for a trip to the market. 

Yes, to the market.

Fast forward a few years and I found myself working jobs spanning from retail to healthcare, until an injury on the job left me searching for an answer to that age old question: What’s next?

That answer came during my trips to Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, and Johannesburg,  South Africa. Being surrounded by vibrant colors, culture, tasting native foods, that energy reignited my love for fashion and design, and a knowing that I BELONGED. 

With encouragement from family, friends, and my life partner, I took a leap of faith and launched 

Touch of Lashic.

We are a clothing and lifestyle brand for the chic, 

the stylish, the energetic, the fashionable.
